Quentin Bouanna earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. There, he served 4 years in The Ohio State University Marching Band, including 2 years on the Student Advisory Council, and 1 year as the president of the Eta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity.

Upon graduating, Quentin moved to D.C. to join the Washington Commanders NFL Marching Band, where he fell in love with the musical community of the area, and committed his talents to uplifting musicians across the DMV. In 2025, Quentin became the Head Director of DC's Pride Marching Band, DC's Different Drummers.
